How long will it take to get my order?
Production time is determined by the date the art is approved. Standard
production time is typically 7-10 days from receipt of approval. Please add
additional time for shipping.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We do accept PO’s from Government, Law Enforcement and Healthcare providers. Please contact us for details.

Do I have to customize?
No, all of our products are available without customization.Orders are
usually shipped within 2-4 business days.

Returns:
Customized Products are not subject to return unless defective.
35 % restocking fee + shipping on non customized returns applies.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt and require
approval and a Return Authorization Number. Returns without and RA
will not be accepted.

Shipping:
Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Claims for lost or damaged shipments
are to be made directly to the carrier. Shipping errors must be made within
48 hours of receipt. We cannot be responsible for discrepancies received
by third parties.

Over/Under runs
Exact quantity will be shipped on most orders. Offset printed orders are
subject to a 5-7% over under run.
